Hi jammers.

        What do you think it would take to make an abandoned dwarven citadel
capeable of supporting life again?  The books say that abandoned citadels
float around out there.  If you came across one and decided to make a
stronghold out of it, you have to do something about the air.  Towing one to
an air world is one solution, but a VERY difficult one.  Citadels tend to be
rather heavy.
        Any suggestions?
