I know this is kinda late, but the main boxed set says that
Oerth and Toril are connected, and so are Oerth and Krynn. It also
mentions that some rivers are one-directional, so I guess I answered
my own question... :)
Now for a new question. How many people use constant travel
rates through the flow (i.e. trip between A and B is always 10 days)?
Also, how many of you use Phlogiston navigation proficiencies? I've
been using both but lately I hanv't been able to justify either, so
I'm curious as to how others do it.
