fallen angel

Actually Yraquel is a fallen Deva (probably Astral). Although there are
many characters in my group (the Color Guard) I have set a level cap of
about 9.  I always felt that in D&D there is too much chance of
munchkinism in the higher levels.  I like the mixture of power and
vulnerability that still exists at the single digit levels. Thus, a
fallen Solar would probably be way to powerful for them.  Heck, an armor
class of -5 is pretty tough, I don't need a -10 armor class... yikes!
