Well, the official material, for one. Krynnspacers can travel to
Realmspace, but Realmspacers can't travel to Krynnspace. Also,
Greyspacers can go to Krynnspace, but not vice versa. See the below diagram:

Krynnspace seems to have crappy communications overall, with only 10%
chance of there being a river to a given sphere (compared to Realms 50%
and Greyhawk 60%).
