Basicly wildspace is the space inside the sphere not occupied by planets
and what not. Phlogistian is the stuff that is outside the sphere that
explodes.

Basiclly that's what they are. They're generally visulized as a throne,
however, and gnomish helms can get very extravegent.

That's the size of the flitter, around 14 cubic yards.
