Wildspace is "space", and is within a Crystal Sphere. Outside (well,
between actually) the CSs is the Phlogiston, which is disconnected from
all other planes. Phlogiston is *extremely* flammable/explosive (any
fire-spell will be centered on the caster, do triple damage, and have
triple the AoE). Don't use those nifty bombards there...

Spelljamming speeds of higher than the normal SR is possible when there
is no disturbing gravity well nearby. This means that the ship must be
(a) outside of planetary atmospheres, and (b) at least 25 hexes (12,500
yards) away from objects larger than 10 tons. When travelling along a
phlogiston "river", these speeds are much higher, but distance is rather
meaningless in the Flow. You will reach a new sphere in 10-100 days if
travelling along a river, probably not at all if you're not.

Can't remember really.

Correct. There are some other bizarre kinds of helms, but the two basic
types are chairs/thrones.

IIRC, one ton has an air envelope of 100 cubic yards, which would mean
that the ton itself is ~11 cubic yards.
