There is a list of editors and such available at http://www.escape-velocity.com/
I can do a lot of the plugin stuff myself, but I have trouble with
graphics and thinking up missions. For each ship there has to be an
overhead picture of it facing something like 16 direction, which I
have found to be a bit much.
