Spelljammer on TSR's site

OK, folks, it is time for me to put some stuff up in the (now bare)
SJ section of the TSR web site.

Remember when Veggie Boy (me) was getting all of the ship deckplans
to the same scale?  Well, I don't have time to redraw them all, but
I will be scanning & scaling them so they're the same scale.

However, I need your help.  I need a list of all TSR-published
ships (which there are deckplan maps to) and which products the
deckplans appear in.

So, members of the mailing list, put together this list for me,
and I'll get to work on it.
