Just found this piece of mail in my 'holding pit' of postponed messages.
Sorry it's kinda off the current topic.

Well, these things should be about as maneuverable as a wingless airplane.
Have your entire opposing force target the weapons on one approach angle,
and once they've destroyed those weapons, just do one attack run after
another until the ship is destroyed.  You'd lose a ship or two to enemy
fire while targetting the weapons (which of course leaves the battered
ship as an unguided missile headed straight for the planet-killer!), but
after the weapons are taken out you have a straight shot.  I would think
that these planet-killers would get absolutely BUTCHERED once their
support fleets are gone.

Legion Leviathan and/or Interceptor.
