Or are they like Wild Magic spells, where only specialists can cast them? Because if Mutators are just normal specialists, the problem I see is that the spells would then give normal mages the capability to do these special operations, too. I don't have any problem with the concept, in fact I think it's neat, I just think it would do bad things to a campaign if ANY mage can do body alterations (probably at a low level, right?
