I would, as long as they're not too imbalancing. Or are they like Wild
Magic spells, where only specialists can cast them? Because if Mutators
are just normal specialists, the problem I see is that the spells would
then give normal mages the capability to do these special operations, too.
I don't have any problem with the concept, in fact I think it's neat, I
just think it would do bad things to a campaign if ANY mage can do body
alterations (probably at a low level, right? I mean, I could see an
archmage or maybe 14th level mage adding wings to a bugbear, but to make
Mutation work you have to allow such things at lower levels than you would
otherwise).
