Even if the elves did come up with an ultimate helm and secured an elven captain, the Spelljammer would resent having to kill others needlessly. Remember, the Spelljammer is a pro-life creature, and would eventually override and remove a captain who uses it as a tool of destruction. The Spelljammer always questions the use of its "stinger of annihilation" weapon, and won't willingly travel too close to the sun. Magus Zeroc "Chuck! You blockhead!" --Peppermint Patty
