The Greyspace fleet was destroyed to a ship. . . The details of exactly how the elves managed to smash a world died with them." Judging by that passage, and the fact that in Astromundi the third planet was destroyed by the gods of the underworld race (the mutants, I don't remember more offhand), I'd say the only _safe_ way to destroy a world is to convince your gods to destroy your own. That way the gods of the planet don't get upset and retaliate (Elves aren't that accident prone - unfortunately). If their are no gods in the sphere in question, it should be safe from that standpoint, but you're still left with Eugene's question of whether divine assistance is needed. If so, then no luck. The thought of using a Witchlight Marauder is interesting, especially if the one from the Second Unhuman Wars is still around (I haven't read that module set yet). If someone had wanted to CLone the Marauder, the PC's could be sent on a hunt to track down the sample. -- "FIRE!" War cry of scro, neogi, beholder, illithid, goblin, orc, ogre, and many human captains upon sighting elven Crusader ships. (TSR, Spacefarer's Handbook) Meteor@????.?????????.net
