I think I let my age show:)  The Kobold paras I was refering to were
printed in one of the _much_ earlier Dragons,  pre-best of Dragon Vol I,  I
believe.  Certainly pre-issue 100 (maybe pre-50).  I only have vague
recollection (I read the article 17 or so years ago).  I recall they all
used Rings of feather falling,  and were presented in a humorous light.
Might have been an April issue.  Sorry I don't have more details.
