	Doesn't a Crown of the Stars do pretty much the same thing, but
with a shorter range (IIRC)?  Otherwise it's a neat idea, except for
the dual/multi classed characters "splitting", which wouldn't work in
my campaign because of the way I define magic.  Keep in mind that
a "class" is just a set of skills, and not a "module"... (:
