  K'r'r'r are the spider-people introduced in the Legend of Spelljammer
boxed set. They, unlike the other races, were born in deep space, and
think naturally in three dimensions (and thus the design of the unity
ships). Priests of the Spider Queen (who bears a resemblance to Lolth,
if she's not Lolth...) control the unity ships with special ornamental
canes (K'r'r'r helms), which function as portable minor helms. These
helms, and the k'r'r'r mental structure, allows the unity ships to
unite. They always travel in fleets, coasting through space in search of
worlds to gut and use as a meat locker (and yet they are LN!). Note that
they can also be found in jungles.
