 This is one of those fun things.. you see, Mystara was originally an oD&D
setting. oD&D has its own rules for skyships, which involve gravity being
the same direction both above and below the 'gravity plane'. (ie, If you
drop a ball over the side, it'll just keep going down.)
 However, if you're using AD&D rules, the normal Spelljammer rules apply.
Unless you want to have a bit of fun with your players.. ;)
