I wasn't able to. I use Eudora, which does a good job of decoding
attachments encoded with Mime or Binhex. Whenever I get an attachment, the
Save screen pops up with the name of the file and which dir I want to save
it in. The name of the file didn't have an extension(i.e., *jpg, gif, pic)
like it usually does so I'm assuming something went wrong. However, you
should be able to view it if you have Quicktime for Windows. It enables you
to play *mov and *pic files.

Go to "http://www.quicktime.apple.com" to get the latest Quicktime software.
