PSA-1: Everyone on deck! Listen up!

OK everyone, this is very important.  The Leicester list site will be shut
down on the fifteenth.  That's later this week.  The MPGN list is starting
up, as we speak.  It's even possible that some of you have received notes
from the MPGN list.  (If you haven't, don't worry yet.)

The MPGN list will be using "majordomo," which is similar to Listserv, but
there are some differences in command formats.  The next PSA will explain
things in more detail.

The downside of this is that for the next couple of days, strange things may
happen on the list.  Moving a list from one site to another is nothing new
to the list - this will be site number four - but that doesn't make it any
less clumsy.  Don't try re-subbing to the new site yet; if things work
correctly the transfer will be fully automated.  Remaining problems will be
dealt with after the Leicester site is off line.
