Dragon #235 and Annual

FYI, Dragon #235 has a lot about ships, sea spells, and sea adventures, and
I'm sure that a lot of that can be adapted to SJ.

Furthermore, there is an article in the Dragon Annual about how to use the
Scro in groundling camapigns.  It looks like it has some good info for SJ
adventures, too (it's by Roger Moore, and looks pretty detailed, although
I have not had a change to read through it yet).
