For my campaign, I've decided to slash the prices of the helms to make them
more accessable. This negates the huge bundles of gold players seem to
accumulate in ship salvage. I didn't have to deal with that so I just
lowered prices(everything must go! Drastically reduced!! <g>). And yes, the
helms function as minor helms, hence they can go spelljamming speeds. I am
aware of the Rudder of Propulsions used by Wa, but aren't they unable to
escape from planetary gravity? Where are the elven Peddle or Pump helms
described?

I did modify the flitter helms to allow them to be used by any class, since
mages and priests don't grow on trees.
