	Isn't this helm a bit too powerful?  And why are the Arcane selling
them so cheap?  Can these helms actually go at spelljamming speeds?  If
what you're looking for is a fighter air/space-craft, a better solution
may be to derive a new helm type based the "Rudder of Propulsion", or
even the elven "Peddle helms" (or was it Pump Helms?).  This way "fighters"
don't require mages to pilot them.
