Oh! I keep forgetting that nonhumans tend to have levels by default.
My bad.

That's a lot of elven chain. Isn't that stuff supposed to be rare?
I'd only give it to officers and stuff.

>Should one of the IEN Marine units be F/M 1/1 or 2/2 instead do you think?

It all depends on how magically inclined the elves are. I once had
a war between orcs and humans (GURPS Warcraft ][!). The elves played a
large part, but there weren't too many mixed human/elven units. The few
that existed (the main characters didn't know about the all elven units)
at least some magic at the squad level, and several full mages at the
platoon level. (In case you missed it, the answer is "depends", but I'd
say "yes".)

Cellars and fortified towers? That's it? What have the elves
been doing on the asteroid all this time?!?! (:

3-1? Standard military logic sucks... (: (just kiddin')

I think they have more of an advantage. Numbers are about 2-1,
but, unless I'm missing something, the scro are better prepared. They have
the advantage of mobility, and can pound on the rock for a while before
going in. The towers wouldn't survive a ram attack, and the scro can easily
have some soldiers simply jump (fall?) on them to take out the gunners/
artillerists.

Then again, I could be overestimating your scro... (:
