It's not really vague at all. It's part of the sectionon casting Permanency on the caster. It
goes on latterto say that spells under a Permanency, not cast on a living target can be
dispelled normally, and thus negated.

So your ship is assuredly NOT going to be safe from dispel.

They only grey are in the Permanency description is whether spells cast on *another* and made
permanent can be dispelled.

Please, folks, read the *whole* description.
