Hi folks.

I got on this mail list about a week ago and found it interesting. I've
noticed that SpellJammer is an "acquired" taste becasue not ever AD&Der
likes the idea of "boldly going where no AD&Der has gone before" in a sort
of 'space' sense.

I've noticed creatures in SJ like Zodars, that are something to be
considered and i'm sorta sad that CyberTech didn't include them in the IBM
Compatable game SpellJammer: Pirates of RealmSpace. I got the game and LOVED
it. I admit it, i'm a PC gamer through and through because i can't count on
people in my area to show.

I was introduced to SJ about 5 years ago by a 7-year sharp-shooter who had
just came out of the Army. He was a MP and, when in Germany, had a lot of
time to roll-play. He had just about everything i'd seen for AD&D ( enough
to fill-up 2 7' bookshelves) at the time.

Oh, i also read the books. They were great.

Just thought i would "throw" that 'hello' in.

Have fun folks.
