Well, I see "Common" as kind of a trade language (which, IIRC, were quite
common in ancient times). Then, of course there are World Languages
(Oerthian, Krynnish, etc.), then countries have languages, then localities
have sub-dialects...at least that's how I do it...about 9 out of 10 people
will speak common (or some close variation thereof)
