Re: Arcane/Astromundi

I have run the Astromundi as a campaign setting and have put some thought
into it.  I does not  make sense to me that all Arcane are alike, just as all
humans are not alike.  Yes, the Arcane are trying to sell the entire
Shattered Sphere to the lower planes.  But I limited this sinister plot to
only the group of Arcane that are living within the protection of the Antilan
Empire.  I could see other, more level-headed Arcane living in the sphere
also, either unaware of their fellows plot or staying out of "someone else's"
deal.  Of course once the plot is revealed, the reaction of the Antilans
would be rather nasty (remember the Antilans have held their own agains the
Illithid Empire for a while).

I'll be at Gen-Con and will be off the list server for a week. ...Terry
