Whoa,  That's official?  I don't have Astromundi, is it presented as a
rumour or as a fact (ie npc motivation?).  That changes quite a bit
concerning the Arcane's morals,  but what currency do they expect the
Tanari'i to pay in?  Since I use most TSR worlds (plus many others) in
crossovers with Spelljammer and Planescape this has some pretty major
implications for my concepts!
