	Gotcha.  Hmmm...  Well, since these crowns have to be made with the
helm, and helms can only be made by Arcane, then PCs *can't* make 'em.
That's if you follow TSR's work.  I'd say the crowns are worth fairly little
XP.  And they shouldn't be all that uncommon.  Is 10,000xp too high?
