More on Air Consumption...

    A quick note...
    When I was checking out Static's site I had server problems, so only
recieved the first part of his page on air consumption rates.  Well, I
went to check it out again and it seems he tries to address some of what I
am looking for.  So, I guess I will give it a full read.
     I am still looking for feedback, though.
