Test message

This is the list administrator speaking.  My mailbox is currently swamped
with error messages from the listserve, and I notice that several of you
have been receiving error messages of one form or another as well.  I'm
posting this message specificially to get a fresh set of these messages,
because I've made some changes to the distribution list that will hopefully
stop some of them.

I'm sorry about the hassle this list has been of late.  I think we have
neogi sabateurs in there, never mind tinker gnomes.

If anyone out there is getting strange error message specific to them,
please let me know.  I'm determined to chase the cockroaches out of there
sooner or later.
