This question made me think. I just read an issue of American Heritage magazine, with an article on old ocean liners. Saw something in the TV Guide on this, too. Now, I'm thinking about the old King Richard Traveller adventure. It might be interesting to have a spelljamming "ocean liner," very luxurious, and run convoluted adventures utilizing all the NPC's on board. Also sounds reminiscent of many Cthulhu adventures (Orient Express?), as they usually involve heavy NPC interaction with little combat (right up until the end; and I *mean* "the end!"). I'm going to keep this idea handy for future use. Shelby
