I Sphere seperates Wildspace from the flow. Flow cannot exist in side a sphere, and *seems* to exist outside all spheres. The inner sphere wouldn't be needed as there would be no flow for it to keep out. Which doesn't mean a sphereical shell of somesort of other material could be inside a traditional Sphere.
