Helm Use

	Exactly.  They're not good at it.  If they could use a standard helm
just as well as a normal mage, then why develop the Bardic Helm, hmmm?

	And besides, it makes the game much more interesting to force each
class to a different helm.  It makes the party who lacks a mage or priest to
go and hire one.  And, I'm an Engineer - a like lots and lots of Toys.
