(Sarcasm) > >I replied to the individual who posted the advertizement about investments >to this list, telling him I thought it was more than inappropriate and >not to do it again. Welp, next thing ya know, I get a message saying >I'm unsubscribed to the list. Now, I don't know if it was the listowner >who did this, but it sure smacks of a "Its my ball and if you don't play >my way, I'm taking it and going home." mentality. I've been on the list >since its original inception, before it even moved to this server. But, >I'm not on it now, so don't bother replying to the list about this. Just >thought the rest of the list should know about this reaction in trying to >keep the list close to the proper topic. Have fun, but I'm sure I can >live without this kind of pettiness. > A) You're still on the list, as I recieved your post. B) I doubt the list owner was the one who sent you the message: 1)he was the first to post a notice about it to the list. 2)I also wrote the sender of the message (3 times, once for each list I recieved it on) and haven't heard a reply from him or anyone else, much less a notice that I've been dropped fron the list. 3)The post was from a different server than either the list or Richard uses.
