My apologies if I have read the intention of this wrongly, but I have
to reply.
I assume you are refering to the suit that TSR brought agaimst them over
Gygax's Dangerous Journeys. Now, I do not condone most of TSR's business
practices, but I don't believe that TSR had anything to do with GDW's
end. They case was never taken to court; GDW sold DJ to TSR out of court.
The simple fact is Dangerous Journeys was an economic failure, and TSR
had little to do with GDW's demise (unless there are other incidents I am
unaware of).
