	I think this is a very good idea.  It will help to keep these things
rare, as well as letting the Arcane maintain the supposed monopoly that they
have on the creation/distribution of the helms.

	Of course, it is possible to do the same thing without having to make
the helms more destructible.  First, everything in the SPJ universe is very
expensive, so the players need to have a lot of money if they ever want any
hope of improving their lot in life.  Second, the prices in the various books
are what they can buy the objects from an Arcane.  If the players try to
scavenge helms and sell them, they will get quite a bit less.  (After all, if
you are going to pay the same amount of money as you would to an Arcane, you'd
go with the Arcane because you could trust him.)  And finally, if they did
manage to sell the helms, you can bet that an Arcane would visit them REAL
quick to shut them down.
