 Well, please [you and the rest of the list] disreguard my last message,
asking what the WCC is......
 Anyway, I have never even seen that particular resource material around
here, (Harrisburg PA. USA), and even though I can honestly say that I have
never looked for it, I would have probably picked it up and looked at it,
JUST because of the title...:)
 I will put forth a serious attempt to locate it around here, to take a look
at...
