     Well, when I ran a short-lived SJ campaign, the PCs in a hammership
went up against four galleons and a hummingbird (I think). The PCs were
7th to 10th level, and had a decent amount of magic items (which they
were extremely proficient with). The foes were low-level fighters with
minimal magical support. The PCs used their magic (spells and items) to
overwhelm the enemy, rather than fight them one-to-one.
