    I use my own...

Because FR is my primary generic fanatsy world, and the one I have
the most material on, it is the center of activity. I have placed the
Rock of Bral in Realmspace.
Refugespace is from a Dragon article.
Krynnspace recieves very little traffic. It's a boring sphere, and in
my campaign, you cant't land on the primary planet, Krynn. The gods
raised the GodShield when they wrought the Cataclysm upon the world.
I haven't placed a bunch of the spheres from modules yet. Some
simply don't exist, like Herospace (A system with a planet for each
alignment? Give me a break.) When I run a module I will place its
spheres then.
I am finally getting around to adding details to a world of my own
creation, one designed specifically to coincide with Spelljammer. When I
get a bit more done, I'll be adding its sphere as well.

Sounds quite cool. I would love to see it.
