 Well, I wouldn't bet my life on it, but I think mv 12 means 120yards/round
so 17mph is ....uhm.... 11,560yards/hour.... 193yards/round.... mv19.3!
 Either I did something wrong or TSR didn't do their numbers, thats a silly
number! mv19.3!!?!?!?  Well who knows, might have been my miscalculation,
doesn't seem likely though.
