	With the exception of the Ravenloft thing, this is almost exactly
what I have been saying all along.  The Flow is the true infinity of the Prime;
thus, there can be all sorts of collections of Spheres within it - witness
the stable triangle of Greyhawk, Dragonlance, and Forgotten Realms.

	Ravenloft has been listed many times as being a demi-plane hidden in
the Deep Ethereal.
