    Yeah, I think your right.  I'll rework this. (Hey, like I said, these
are all works in progress.)

    I have no clue as to why I didn't check on what the book said about
Disintegrate.  I'll be changing this.

    I based this on the fundamental difference between wood (or stone, or
ceramic) and flesh.  I just don't believe such an attack would have as
much of an effect on ships as it would a person.
    For example, find a suitable volunteer, and slam your fist into his
or her face with all the force you can muster.  Now, do the same to a
well constructed three inch thick wooden wall.  You will probably do a
lot of damage to the person's face, but virtually nothing to the wall.

    The word "even" is a typo.  It should be "elven".
    Although the tCPHB makes no reference to healing plants, I don't
believe allowing it to do is much of a stretch, or particularly
unbalancing.  This would be a GM call, of course.
