Subject: Re: The Undead SJ List

When TSR first dropped the Spelljammer line, I was very disapointed.
If it weren't for this setting, I don't think I would have gotten back
into AD&D, instead putting my money into other systems.
But there was a light in the darkness, the SJ mailing list. It was
very active, with people tossing around a lot of ideas and projects.
Then, at the end of that school year, I discovered I wouldn't be able
to afford school the next year. This also meant no net access. This
year I have managed to return. I quickly resubscribed to all the lists I
had been on before. They were all quite active, except for one. This one.
It seems the fire for Spelljammer died some time while I was away.
There are occasional posts, often lumped into small groups, but then it
is quiet again.
But, instead of sitting around hoping someone else posts something I
can talk about, I have decided to post some stuff that may get people
talking. It may not work; I may just be rehashing old subjects, or
bringing up points people don't care about. If that's the case, just
tell me, and I'll shut up.

In addition to random thought posts, I'll post some material I use in
my own games. All of should be considered "works in progress". If you
have any comments, feel free. Some of it was typed in one setting, and
then not seriously edited.
