I believe that the "squid head" species are called Quarrens or Quarns; I
  don't know much about them.  (Perhaps an owner of the Star Wars RPG
  can elaborate?)

The heavyset, boar-like beings are orcs... excuse me, Gammoreans.  *grin*
  (I think the orc connection is fairly obvious, myself).  As I recall,
  they're a simple, violent race with a love for axes and similar weapons;
  not too high-tech by themselves, but often found as thugs in the
  employ of other space-faring groups.

Personally, if I was running that scene in an SJ setting I'd just put in
  an ilithid and some big orcs; no need to make up new races.

(And based on the illustrations I've seen, the Hutts themselves could be
  really big slaad...)
