Sorry to de-lurk(do you lurk on mailing lists?), but Estress first appeared
in _SKULLS & CROSSBOWES_ by the late Nigel Findley. The adventure was
called "The Outpost" and had to deal with an outpost of the Elders. Back
then he was only known as "Thought Taker," but it was the same Illithid.
