If all else failsm you could magically summon Helium, or perhaps an
inert magical gas. Or, perhaps, fill one with hydrogen intentionally and
launch it at an enemy ship, like a giant jettison/bombard/fireball combo
(hmmm, why does that remind me of Primal Rage?).

So, it would have the equivalent air envelope of a 120 ton ship! Wow!
Wizards doing research would love this thing, as they could absent-mindedly
work for months and months and not have to worry about air loss....

Or perhaps a nonmagical helm, utilizing escaping gas from a valve or
something like that. SR 1, but that's OK ... the thing is a fortress (as
the gas would be inflammable, opponents couldn't set the gas aflame, and
while punctures might cause some air loss from the ballon, if you're in
wildspace you're not going to fall anywhere).

     (chuckle) Good point.

Hey, that would be cool. Personally, in my area of space, there is a
group of xenophobic humans which I have modeled after the Nazis (eradicating
all non-humans) which might use this sort of thing near some of their remote
outposts....
