Since they should have druids and fighters, they should also have rangers
which are a mix of both.

I really think that any race who could take down some of the Empire's forest
walkers with tree trunks is not PRIMITIVE. Also, there are savage kits and
barbarian kits for various classes, yet they have NO LEVEL LIMITS. The limits
that I set were selected as being representative of the Ewoks' skills and
benifits.

mage levels were low, but the druid one was high as the Ewoks live in forests
and display a great abilitie of caring for their planet's forests. That is
why they can only be forest druids (see Complete Druid's Handbook). The level
limit for fighting should be about 14-17. Also, the COmplete Fighter's
Handbook gives savage and barbarian kits with only racial level limits. This
proves that fighters can be technologically ignorant and still become a
high-level fighter.
