	This brings up an interesting point.  Personally, I never did like the
Arcane.  First of all, they have a goofy name... (:  Totally unoriginal, if
you ask me, but that's besides the point.  With spells like Create Minor/Major
Helm I think that any spellcasting race should be able to make a helm.  Keep
in mind though that producing helms and developing helms are two different
things.  Mages should at least be able to backwards engineer various arcane
helms, even if they can't invent their own.  And never *ever* forget that the
rules are there to supplement the game, not the other way around.
