Neogi player characters?!? ACK! What a terrible thought! But still
interesting...

I tend to agree with these, though I think there should be a built in
charisma penalty, say -2. Don't change the maximum of 15, however. The
average neogi would have a charisma of about 7. Even the best of them make
for miserable company.

>Special Advantages:

I think I remember reading somewhere that the neogi have a natural form a
breath control and/or increased lung capacity, that lets them live in space.
In game mechanics, perhaps they use air at one half the rate of even a small
humanoid like a goblin.

>Natural Alignment: Lawful Evil

If for some crazy reason a PC wants to play a neogi, he/she shouldn't be
bound to this. However, a neogi would need a DARN GOOD reason for being
Lawful or Neutral good.

I would say that the average neogi weighs about as much as a male dwarf, IMO.

I think the claws on the two foremost legs can fold back 180-degrees, which
would give them a crude grip. I have also seen pictures of neogi with small
knike-like weapons strapped to their legs. I'm assuming that these weapons
are designed to fit on or around the neogi's foreclaws.

Whatever weapons they use would be of little or no use to other races
becuase of the neogi's unique physical architecture.
