I've got two characters who "agreed" to do this survey ;)

Pale
6'10", 420# wall of flesh, wispy white hair, light blue eyes
a warrior from a vicious homebrew jungle world
has been spelljamming for the past 15 years, game time

> 1) Sex: Male/Female
Pale laughs, "I'm male. Definitely male."

> 2) Preference: Splint Mail/Banded Mail?
"I prefer to wear chainmail or plate; if I had to choose, splint mail
looks like the better, overall."

> 3) Preference: Broadsword/Longsword?
> 4) Preference: Bastard sword/2-h sword?
> 5) Preference: Halbard/Bardiche?
> 6) Preference: Dagger/Dirk?
> 7) Preference: Dart/Quarterstaff?
> 8) Preference: Mace/Awl pike?
> 9) Weapon Preference: Bludgening/Slashing?
> 10) Weapon Preference: Slashing/Piercing?
"As a Warrior, I am forbidden to use anything to bring harm other than
my own body. To do otherwise is to dishonor the weapon."

> 11) Campaign Style Preference: Europe/Japan?
"I must admit, since I come from a society more similar to Europe in
thought, I am more comfortable there."

> 12) Government Preference: Monarcy/Republic?
Pale laughs again, "Monarchy is more understandable to me, certainly!"

> 13) Religious Preference: Monotheism/Polytheism?
"I do not worship any gods at all. I honor any entity which has great
wisdom, but my wife is hardly a god."

> 14) Your favorite: Armor/Weapon material:
> A. Adamantitite
> B. Mithril
> C. Gold
> D. Steel
"What an odd question! Steel feels best, I guess, but Mithril can be
more effective."

> 15) Is the world flat/round?
"Ha! Depends on who's Wildspace you're in. I've even seen moebius
strips that called themselves worlds.. my own homeworld is spherical."

> 16) Should women have equal rights?
"In my home, warriors are the ones who are respected. Women have
better balance, slightly better reflexes, are more flexible, and tend to
heal minor wounds faster. You're damn right they should."

> 17) Can women wear chainmail?
"And what else are they going to wear? Platemail slows them down,
takes away their main advantage; in chain they're fast, deadly, and
adequately armored."

> 18) How many times have you died?
Pale grins, leans forward somewhat menacingly, and whispers, "I haven't."

> 19) How many times have you been raised or
> resurrected? (If 19 less than 18 than your dead!)
"Necromancy is banned in my homeworld."

> 20) Did you like the survey?
"Well, it was a break from boredom."

masterblade Lilyananta of Old Mali (Lillian)
big, black, beautiful, and loud
groundling only

> 1) Sex: Male/Female
   "Female."

> 2) Preference: Splint Mail/Banded Mail?
"Armor slows you down, heats you up; I'm a savannah hunter, not some
stinking, sweating tank in plate. Splint and banded mail are probably
the worst of the lot, right after that stuff laughingly referred to as
'padded cloth' armor."

> 3) Preference: Broadsword/Longsword?
"Longsword, preferably two. Broadsword is too short, made just for
thrust and slide. Lonsword's flexible, fast, easy to clean."

> 4) Preference: Bastard sword/2-h sword?
"Bastard sword. I'm best with longsword, and bastard's the closer of
the two. Besides, someone strong like me doesn't need to overkill."

> 5) Preference: Halbard/Bardiche?
"Don't like polearms. They're unwieldy, and slow. Rather let my
fists and feet speak for me.  If I had to choose, I'd take the halbard;
the bardiche line is too long for my tastes."

> 6) Preference: Dagger/Dirk?
"Dagger's longer, more vicious a cut, good for fighting. Dirk's a
narrow, mean blade meant more for alley fighting and backstabbing. I
like 'em both, depending on the situation."

> 7) Preference: Dart/Quarterstaff?
"No comparison. Dart's good if opponent's far away, staff's good if
he's close. Prefer opponent to be getting hurt from far away, so that
when he gets close, I can knock him over easier."

> 8) Preference: Mace/Awl pike?
"Awl pike is a crappy weapon. Should be sunk at sea and lost to us
all; save me a lot of trouble. Mace okay, but not my style. Too painful
a death, usually."

> 9) Weapon Preference: Bludgening/Slashing?
"Cutting weapons kill easier, less painfully. Bludgeoning kills first
by breaking bones, then damaging internal organs, then leaving the sorry
SOB to die. Slashing far superior."

> 10) Weapon Preference: Slashing/Piercing?
"Slashing better for strong, fast people like me. Piercing best if you're
just fast."

> 11) Campaign Style Preference: Europe/Japan?
"Doesn't matter, they're both sick cultures. African far more
sophisticated, pure, flexible. Prefer Timbouku over Old Mali."

> 12) Government Preference: Monarcy/Republic?
"Monarchy. Republics give you more rights, act slower. Monarchies give
you fewer rights, get the damn job done. Personally prefer to just leave
governments alone entirely."

> 13) Religious Preference: Monotheism/Polytheism?
   "Neither. I like Animism."

> 14) Your favorite: Armor/Weapon material:
> A. Adamantitite
> B. Mithril
> C. Gold
> D. Steel
"I like the feel, smell, and heft of good, clean steel."

> 15) Is the world flat/round?
"You've got odd ideas.. the world's a torus."

> 16) Should women have equal rights?
"No. We should be ruling things."

> 17) Can women wear chainmail?
"In the savannah, no one wears chainmail. Who'd want to?"

> 18) How many times have you died?
"Came close once, when my mentor did. That's it."

> 19) How many times have you been raised or
> resurrected? (If 19 less than 18 than your dead!)
"None. Involved in a bad situation right now, though. Maybe once,
soon."

> 20) Did you like the survey?
   "Yes. Love talking about self."
